Citizens of Russia and the CIS for visiting South Sudan required visa. Currently, the Government of South Sudan did not work out clear rules for issuing a visa. Tourist visas can be obtained only in the embassies of South Sudan in Nairobi (Kenya), Campala (Uganda), Adis Ababa (Ethiopia). There are no diplomatic missions of South Sudan in Russia.
